In 2023, I co-founded Women@Sky Creative with two brilliant colleagues to build a supportive, ambitious community for women in the agency, focused on connection, mentorship and career growth.

The creative industry still sees too many women leave or stall at glass ceilings, often without the support they need. We wanted to change that. Alongside creating a strong peer network, we actively engaged our predominantly male leadership team, building allies who feel confident supporting and championing the women in their teams.

With the backing of senior leadership and a dedicated annual budget, we’ve delivered meaningful initiatives, from public speaking courses to Women’s Health Week, filled with expert talks and wellbeing sessions. As a woman in the creative industry, this is deeply personal to me. I didn’t have a female leader to look up to early in my career, so I’m committed to being that person now. I’m passionate about helping women stay, grow, and step confidently into leadership.
